We are pleased to welcome a new talented chef to Chalet Spa Bali. Chef Eco is a specialist in culinary art, who has gained great experience working in some of Bali’s best hotels. From freshly baked breads and exotic fruit platters for breakfast, lunch options include such delights as Jimbaran poached prawns, Balinese rice pancakes, and a choice of salads and sandwiches. The dinner menu offers dishes such as soy ginger wagyu beef tataki or chicken galangal. A wide range of fresh fish is available prepared with Balinese spices, and chefs homemade pastas are also popular. There are plenty of vegetarian options and a mouth watering selection of desserts. There is a children’s menu with all the usual favourites for the younger guests.

Chef Eco works with an experienced team of kitchen staff, as well as Gede who is the Chalet Spa Bali resident mixologist. Gede has a tantalizing menu of cocktails including many classics such as the Sea Breeze, as well as his list of Creative Cocktails including the Island Affair, or the Uluwatu special.
