This Winter, the Chalet Spa Verbier team have already been lucky enough to spend a few long days in the mountains. It’s been great to reconnect with old friends at the start of the season, and we’ve enjoyed some long lunches at our favourite mountain restaurants, Cabane Mont Fort and Dahu.
The weather has been mild, but we’ve skied most days and we’re proudly showing off our latest Skiwear from Swiss company Mover. Mover ski jackets are the highest quality, organic (so no Goretex), lined with fluffy Swiss Alpaca wool making them nice and cosy, and they are also loaded with lots of pockets in all the right places for phones, the ski pass, money and all things essential to be out on the mountain for the day. Comfortable and with Italian styling, these jackets are our second collaboration with Mover over the years and we feel the design is complimentary with the Chalet Spa look and feel. Last night, we had 5cm of fresh powdery snow above Les Ruinettes, and for the early birds who made it up on the first lift, conditions on piste were great. Our advice is get up and get out early – make the most of these amazing mountains and long mild days while you can.
